Like many artists before me, I would liken my relationship with my work to a relationship with a lover. She is often cruel to me, light with me, finicky with me...but I always end up in bed with her, smoking a cigarette on the balcony with her.

I have not been as diligent as I could be in here. I apologize. I need a new routine.
