I spent today nursing the hangover from hell - following a ravenous night at the Avalon in Hollywood seeing Modeselektor - which is how any good Sunday should be spent. Hung out with 1/2 the parental units. I thought that In-N-Out might be the cure, but when I got my Number Two in my lap I wanted to yak all over the parking lot. I sipped a Coca-Cola instead and eventually ate the burger because it's a sin to waste In-N-Out. Rest assured I managed to keep it down.

Not that this is a celebrity blog, but I couldn't help but notice the VMAs tonight and who was there but Britney herself, looking absolutely fabulous. I'm secure enough to admit that I'm an avid Britney Spears fan and seeing her looking like her old self was really pleasant.



If Britney can pull it together then so can I!

And to celebrate her burgeoning comeback I'll share this old photo of Disco Nap and I from a time when my hair was much longer, and we were goofing around prior to a night in downtown.
