Wednesday fliers: ThreadSpinner

I have to hop into bed for a quick nap before heading out for some festivities tonight, but I have a little bit of time for you. I always have time for you.

Things are looking up for those around me, and the success of my friends makes me absolutely euphoric. I've been drifting blissfully through the days, doing my best to send rays of optimism and positivity out into the world. Because it really is a beautiful one. I am in debt to the kindness of strangers, and so I continue to try to pay it forward through every move I make. Of course, this is balanced with time for myself as well, and on a Monday night excursion, I treated myself to some discount vinyl.

I picked up Discovery by the Electric Light Orchestra since the Daft Punk references to it are quite obvious, Naturally by Three Dog Night, took a chance on Johnny Desmond Sings, and the soundtrack for Dune just to have, but will probably never listen to.

Oh man, I just put on the Johnny Desmond and it's gorgeous. The record is in near perfect condition too. Not to sound like a snob (Actually, it's okay, I sound like a snob and I relish it!), but you really have to listen to this stuff on vinyl to get it.

Anyway, on Saturday I will be hitting up Molly Malone's for ThreadSpinner. The stars aligned to make it so. You should come!
