As you know, last week I was ill, so I surrendered to the promise of comfort, relaxation, and food offered at my parents' house, and let my mother and my father come rescue me from my sickbed and whisk me away to a land of milk and pumpkin pie.
Don't ask me how - for it was a miracle of mis-communication - but six pies ended up in the kitchen. Pie for breakfast, pie for lunch, and pie for dinner - just the boost in consumption that my immune system needed. I spent my days lounging and dozing, and I even indulged in a fair bit of television. In conclusion, I find the show House infuriatingly charming.
I spent time conversing with each of my siblings, and let me tell you, it's an experience when we all start to "grow up." I am beginning to feel old. It is silly, but true!
I hope your weekends were equally as relaxing, however you chose to spend the holiday.
I have been diligently working on hammering out the details of my photobooth. Here are the latest test shots starring Yours Truly - who, as you can see, is not very good at posing.

There are still some kinks that I am ironing out, but I am pleased and loving this process! My first club run is this weekend, and I will get you the flier for that soon.
In the meantime, allow me to pique your interest with this.
"What is it?" you ask.
Well, that is for me to know...and for you to steadily find out.
(But trust me it is something you will not want to miss!)
